ALLIES ON THE WIRE.

Rent A Rig runs on contracted power, clear pool destinations, real supply channels, and colo capacity that survives a bad week. Partners are infrastructure — not a sponsorship slide.

POWERPOOLSOEMINFRA

THESIS

Operators trust RAR when inventory, power, and destinations are honest. That trust collapses if a “partner” is a marketing name with no rate card, no serials, and no ops phone. We only list relationships we can defend in an incident post.

If you bring megawatts, stratum, ASICs, or cooled racks — and you can prove it — the partnerships desk will take the call. If you bring a deck full of logos and no meters, save the postage.

NETWORK LANES

FOUR LANES.
ZERO LOGO WALLS.

Every live partner sits in a lane with duties on both sides. Select a lane to read what we require, what you get, and who is already on the wire.

ENERGY PARTNERS

PITCH THIS LANE →

Machines without contracted power are sculptures. Energy partners keep bay density honest and rate cards written before steel ships.

WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Firm capacity windows, not marketing megawatts
  • Written $/kWh with escalation and curtailment rules
  • Telemetry or settlement hooks we can surface to operators
  • Named ops contact for facility-impacting events

YOU GET FROM RAR

  • Predictable load from rentals and hosted fleets
  • Operator demand routed into your contracted envelope
  • Incident language that names power cleanly — not vague outages
  • Co-listing on hosting surfaces when diligence clears

WHAT CLEARS
DILIGENCE

Three non-negotiables. Miss one and the conversation pauses until the gap closes — we would rather say no early than publish a lie.

01

MEASURABLE CAPACITY

We do not list phantom megawatts, vapor pool destinations, or SKUs you cannot ship. If it cannot be measured, contracted, or serial-tracked, it does not enter the network.

02

OPERATOR-FACING HONESTY

Fee profiles, power rates, lead times, and remote-hands clocks must be publishable. Partners who need us to hide terms do not clear diligence.

03

NAMED OPS CONTACTS

When a hall browns out or a stratum endpoint dies, we need a human with authority — not a shared inbox that replies next week.

ONBOARDING

FROM PITCH
TO PRODUCTION

Five steps. Diligence is not theater — it is how we keep operator pages accurate when the network grows.

01

SCOPE

Name your lane: power, pool, OEM/supply, or colo/cooling — and the region you can actually serve.

02

DILIGENCE

Send rate cards, uptime history, fee schedules, or lead-time proof to the partnerships desk.

03

INTEGRATE

Wire telemetry, settlement, logistics, or remote-hands into RAR ops. No black-box handoffs.

04

LAUNCH

Go live on hosting, rentals, store, or marketplace with operator messaging we both can defend.

05

SCALE

Expand bays, regions, or SKUs when joint demand and uptime history justify it.

COMMERCIAL

PARTNERSHIP
QUESTIONS

Settlements, exclusivity, and where to pitch — answered without brochure fog.

WHO CAN PARTNER WITH RAR?

Power providers, mining pools, OEM and supply channels, and data-center operators with measurable capacity and written commercial terms. Intro emails without numbers stall.

DO YOU RUN A LOGO WALL?

No. Co-marketing and marketplace placement exist for cleared tiers only. We will not put your mark on a page if operators cannot buy, route, or host through the relationship.

HOW DO SETTLEMENTS WORK?

Per lane and per contract: power invoices, pool fee shares, hardware supply terms, or colo envelopes. Nothing settles on vibes — terms are written before load or inventory moves.

CAN WE EXCLUSIVELY LOCK OPERATORS?

RAR does not force exclusive destinations that hide fee changes or block operator choice without disclosure. Volume partnerships are welcome; silent lock-ins are not.

WHERE DO I PITCH?

Use Contact and route to Partnerships. Include lane, region, capacity or SKU proof, and a named ops contact. Vague “synergy” decks get a polite pass.
