FULL INSTRUMENT

FORTY-SEVEN
ARTICLES.

Effective 30 September 2026. Last updated 30 September 2026. Support [email protected].

These Terms of Hosting, Rental, Mining, Payments and Services ("Terms") govern the use of the Rentarig platform, website, application, marketplace, hosting facilities, rental services, mining services, payment processing, withdrawals, user accounts and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, purchasing or renting a product, placing an order, requesting hosting, activating a miner, using the Rentarig dashboard, requesting a withdrawal, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

01

ABOUT RENTARIG

Rentarig operates as a marketplace and hosting platform connecting users with products and services offered through multiple vendors.

Depending on the product or service selected, Rentarig may facilitate:

  • Product purchasing and marketplace transactions.
  • Miner rental and hosting.
  • Physical deployment of mining equipment at Rentarig facilities.
  • Infrastructure, electricity and cooling services.
  • Mining operation and monitoring.
  • Dedicated wallet creation and management.
  • Revenue accounting and automated withdrawal processing.
  • Maintenance, troubleshooting and infrastructure support.
  • Contract administration between users, vendors and Rentarig.

Rentarig may act as an intermediary and escrow-style transaction facilitator for applicable marketplace transactions. The precise relationship between the user, vendor and Rentarig may vary depending on the product, plan and applicable contract.

The specific terms applicable to an order or contract are made available to the user during the checkout process.

02

MARKETPLACE AND VENDOR MODEL

Rentarig operates a marketplace containing products and services supplied through multiple vendors.

When a user places an order through Rentarig, the applicable payment may be held or processed by Rentarig in connection with the transaction and applicable service arrangements.

Depending on the transaction:

  1. The user selects an available product or mining service.
  2. The user reviews the applicable information and contract at checkout.
  3. The user completes the applicable payment.
  4. The required infrastructure or equipment setup is arranged.
  5. Where applicable, the miner is deployed at a Rentarig facility.
  6. The miner becomes available for operation according to the applicable contract.
  7. Mining proceeds are credited according to actual operation and applicable mining conditions.
  8. Applicable electricity, maintenance and other expressly disclosed deductions are accounted for.
  9. The remaining eligible amount may be requested for withdrawal in accordance with these Terms.

Rentarig may use third-party vendors, infrastructure providers, payment processors, wallet providers and other service providers to deliver portions of the Services.

03

HOSTING AND FACILITY SERVICES

Rentarig provides hosting infrastructure for applicable mining equipment.

Hosting services may include:

  • Physical facility space.
  • Electricity supply.
  • Cooling infrastructure.
  • Network connectivity.
  • Equipment operation support.
  • Monitoring.
  • Maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Infrastructure management.
  • Security and facility controls.
  • Technical support.

Rentarig seeks to maintain suitable operating conditions for hosted equipment and maximize operational availability.

Mining equipment is electronic hardware and may experience hardware failure, software errors, network interruptions, power interruptions, environmental issues or other technical problems. Accordingly, Rentarig does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a specific mining output unless an applicable written contract expressly provides otherwise.

04

ELECTRICITY CHARGES

Applicable users are charged for electricity based on the operation and consumption of their applicable mining equipment.

The standard electricity rate applicable under these Terms is USD $0.086 per kWh.

Electricity charges are not generally deducted upfront. Instead, electricity costs are calculated based on applicable equipment consumption and operation and are accounted for against applicable revenue or during withdrawal processing.

The actual electricity amount may vary depending on:

  • Equipment power consumption.
  • Operating duration.
  • User-selected operating schedule.
  • Miner uptime.
  • User activation and deactivation.
  • Equipment performance.
  • Applicable facility measurements and calculations.

Users acknowledge that operating equipment for longer periods generally results in greater electricity consumption.

05

USER CONTROL OF MINERS

Where enabled for a particular product or contract, users may control the operation of their miners through the Rentarig dashboard.

Available controls may include:

  • Turning a miner on.
  • Turning a miner off.
  • Viewing operational information.
  • Monitoring mining performance.
  • Viewing revenue information.
  • Managing other available miner settings.

User-controlled operation can directly affect mining output and revenue. Turning a miner off or reducing its operating time may reduce the revenue generated during the relevant period.

Rentarig is not responsible for revenue that is not generated because a user voluntarily disables, stops or otherwise limits the operation of their miner.

06

MINING REVENUE

Mining revenue is dependent on multiple external and operational variables.

Actual revenue may vary because of:

  • Market conditions.
  • Asset prices.
  • Mining difficulty.
  • Network conditions.
  • Mining pool performance.
  • Miner hashrate.
  • Miner uptime.
  • User-controlled operating time.
  • Hardware performance.
  • Electricity consumption.
  • Currency exchange rates.
  • Facility or network interruptions.
  • Maintenance periods.
  • Other factors outside Rentarig's direct control.

Any revenue displayed on a Rentarig product page is intended as an indicative representation and is not a guarantee of future revenue.

07

PRODUCT PAGE REVENUE ESTIMATES

Revenue information displayed on Rentarig product pages is generally calculated using an average historical period of approximately 10 days.

Product-page revenue information is updated periodically, generally every 10 days.

This information should not be interpreted as a guaranteed return, fixed income, promised profit or guaranteed mining result.

The Rentarig dashboard provides the user's applicable real-time revenue information. The figures shown on a product page and the actual revenue shown in a user's dashboard may therefore differ.

This difference may occur because mining revenue is affected by changing asset prices, mining output, miner runtime and other operating variables.

08

REAL-TIME DASHBOARD INFORMATION

The Rentarig dashboard is the primary location for users to monitor applicable real-time mining information.

Depending on the product and service, the dashboard may display:

  • Miner status.
  • Miner runtime.
  • Mining output.
  • Revenue.
  • Maintenance status.
  • Contract information.
  • Wallet information.
  • Withdrawal information.
  • Applicable charges.
  • Other operational information.

Dashboard information may change dynamically as mining activity occurs and external market or network conditions change.

09

MAINTENANCE FEE

Rentarig charges a monthly maintenance fee of 5% of the revenue generated by the applicable user mining service, subject to the terms applicable to the relevant contract.

The maintenance fee is not charged upfront. It is calculated based on applicable revenue generated through the service.

The maintenance fee may be accounted for during withdrawal processing or through the applicable revenue settlement mechanism.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a particular product or contract, users should not expect a separate upfront maintenance payment.

10

ELECTRICITY AND MAINTENANCE ARE USAGE-BASED

Rentarig does not generally require users to pay electricity and maintenance charges upfront.

Applicable electricity costs are based on equipment consumption and operation. Applicable maintenance charges are based on revenue generated by the applicable service.

Accordingly, the actual amount deducted may vary between users and between different operating periods.

Users are responsible for understanding that the final amount available for withdrawal is affected by applicable electricity and maintenance charges.

11

FREE SETUP, RENTAL AND HOSTING

Where a Rentarig plan expressly states that setup, rental or hosting is provided free of charge, Rentarig does not impose a separate hidden setup, rental or hosting fee for that service.

"Free" setup, rental or hosting does not mean that electricity or applicable maintenance charges are waived.

Where applicable, electricity and maintenance remain usage-based or revenue-based charges as described in these Terms.

The applicable product page and checkout information should be reviewed before placing an order.

12

WALLET MANAGEMENT

For applicable mining services, Rentarig may create and manage a dedicated wallet associated with the user's mining activity.

The wallet may be used to receive, account for or facilitate the settlement of mining-related funds.

Rentarig may maintain operational control over the wallet and related transaction processes in order to:

  • Calculate applicable electricity charges.
  • Calculate applicable maintenance charges.
  • Process settlements.
  • Facilitate withdrawals.
  • Maintain transaction records.
  • Protect the integrity of the platform.
  • Comply with applicable operational, security and legal requirements.

Users should not assume that a wallet created or operated by Rentarig is a wallet they hold and control themselves. Where Rentarig controls the wallet, the user may not have direct control of the wallet credentials.

13

WITHDRAWALS

Users may request withdrawal of eligible funds to a supported destination wallet.

Before processing a withdrawal, Rentarig may deduct applicable:

  • Electricity charges.
  • Maintenance charges.
  • Other charges expressly disclosed in the applicable contract or checkout information.

The remaining eligible amount is then processed for withdrawal.

Where an approval step is required, Rentarig may send an approval email to the user's registered email address. The withdrawal will be processed after the user completes the required approval.

Where all required conditions are satisfied, Rentarig's system is designed to process eligible withdrawals automatically and promptly. Actual transaction confirmation times may vary because transactions are subject to applicable network conditions and third-party infrastructure.

Users are responsible for providing an accurate destination wallet address.

14

WALLET ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Users are solely responsible for verifying the wallet address submitted for a withdrawal. A transaction sent to an incorrect or unsupported wallet address may be irreversible.

Rentarig is not responsible for losses caused by:

  • Incorrect wallet addresses.
  • Incorrect networks.
  • Unsupported assets.
  • User-provided incorrect withdrawal information.
  • Compromised user email accounts.
  • Compromised personal devices.
  • User negligence.

Where technically possible, Rentarig may provide transaction information or support, but recovery of incorrectly sent funds is not guaranteed.

15

WITHDRAWAL SECURITY

Rentarig may implement security controls for withdrawals.

Depending on the user's jurisdiction, account, transaction or applicable regulatory requirements, these controls may include:

  • Email approval.
  • Two-step authentication.
  • Identity verification.
  • KYC checks.
  • Transaction monitoring.
  • Manual review.
  • Additional security verification.

Users must maintain control of their registered email address and applicable authentication credentials.

16

KYC REQUIREMENTS

At the current stage of the Services, users located in South Africa may be required to complete KYC verification and two-step authentication before withdrawals can be processed.

Rentarig may expand KYC, identity verification or additional authentication requirements to other jurisdictions or users when required by applicable law, regulation, payment-provider requirements, security requirements or internal compliance policies.

Failure to complete required verification may result in:

  • Withdrawal restrictions.
  • Account restrictions.
  • Contract termination where legally permissible.
  • Additional verification requirements.

Rentarig reserves the right to request appropriate documentation to verify identity, ownership of funds or other information where reasonably required.

17

CHARGEBACKS, REVERSED PAYMENTS AND PAYMENT REVERSALS

Where a payment is charged back, reversed, disputed or otherwise returned through a payment provider or financial institution, Rentarig may take appropriate action to protect the platform and its users.

Such action may include:

  • Suspending the relevant account.
  • Suspending withdrawals.
  • Terminating the relevant contract where permitted.
  • Recovering amounts owed.
  • Reversing associated balances where legally and technically permissible.
  • Requesting additional verification.

Users must not initiate fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks after receiving the applicable Services.

18

CARD PAYMENTS

Card payments are currently available only in certain regions.

Payment methods may vary based on:

  • User location.
  • Payment-provider availability.
  • Currency.
  • Product.
  • Regulatory restrictions.
  • Risk controls.

Rentarig may add, remove or restrict payment methods where reasonably necessary.

19

CONTRACT FORMATION

When a user purchases or activates a Rentarig product or mining plan, a contractual relationship is established according to the applicable checkout terms, product information and contract.

The applicable contract is made available to the user for review at checkout. Users are responsible for reviewing the contract before completing the purchase.

By proceeding with the transaction, the user confirms that they have had an opportunity to review the applicable contractual terms.

20

NO CANCELLATION AFTER CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT

Once a contract has commenced and Rentarig has completed or initiated the required setup, deployment, allocation or infrastructure preparation, the contract cannot ordinarily be cancelled or stopped by the user during its active term.

This restriction exists because Rentarig may incur infrastructure, facility, deployment, allocation and operational costs when establishing the service.

21

NO REFUNDS AFTER CONTRACT COMMENCEMENT

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in the applicable contract, Rentarig does not provide refunds after a contract has commenced.

This applies because Rentarig may have already performed setup, allocation, hosting, deployment or other services associated with the contract.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

22

MAINTENANCE AND DOWNTIME

Mining hardware and infrastructure may occasionally require maintenance.

Maintenance may be required because of:

  • Hardware faults.
  • Software errors.
  • Network issues.
  • Cooling issues.
  • Power infrastructure.
  • Routine servicing.
  • Preventative maintenance.
  • Security updates.
  • Infrastructure upgrades.
  • Other technical circumstances.

Where applicable, users can view maintenance status through their Rentarig dashboard.

23

MAINTENANCE TIME EXTENSION

Where a miner is placed into maintenance and the service is unavailable because of Rentarig-side maintenance, the applicable maintenance period may be added to the user's contract duration.

For example, if an applicable miner remains unavailable for five days because of qualifying maintenance, the contract period may be extended by five days.

This extension is intended to ensure that qualifying maintenance downtime does not unnecessarily reduce the user's contracted operating period.

The extension does not necessarily apply to downtime caused by:

  • User actions.
  • User-selected miner shutdowns.
  • User equipment or account issues.
  • Incorrect user configuration.
  • External network conditions.
  • Circumstances outside Rentarig's reasonable control.
24

PERFORMANCE MONITORING

Rentarig monitors hosted mining equipment and seeks to maintain equipment at the highest practical level of performance.

If a miner materially underperforms relative to its expected operating characteristics, Rentarig may place the miner into maintenance or troubleshooting.

Rentarig may:

  • Inspect the equipment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware.
  • Correct software problems.
  • Replace defective components where appropriate.
  • Reconfigure equipment.
  • Perform maintenance.
  • Restore operation.

The purpose is to maintain reliable operation and maximize practical performance. However, mining performance cannot be guaranteed at a fixed level because mining output is affected by hardware conditions, network conditions, mining difficulty, market conditions and other factors.

25

FACILITY POWER AND COOLING

Rentarig seeks to provide suitable power and cooling infrastructure for hosted mining equipment.

Proper power and cooling are important to maintaining miner performance and equipment reliability.

Rentarig may use facility infrastructure designed to support continuous mining operations, subject to maintenance, infrastructure limitations, environmental conditions, utility interruptions and other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

26

USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR OPERATING TIME

Where the user has control over miner operation, the user is responsible for understanding that operating decisions directly affect mining output.

A user who turns a miner off or leaves it inactive may receive less mining revenue than a user who operates the same equipment continuously.

Revenue information displayed on product pages should therefore not be interpreted as a guarantee of the amount a user will receive.

27

CONTRACT TERMINATION BY RENTARIG

Rentarig reserves the right to terminate or suspend a contract or account where permitted by applicable law.

Possible reasons include:

  • KYC failure.
  • Fraud or suspected fraud.
  • Unauthorized payment activity.
  • Chargebacks.
  • Payment reversals.
  • Security violations.
  • Abuse of the platform.
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Illegal activity.
  • Misrepresentation of identity.
  • Attempts to manipulate or compromise the Services.
  • Other circumstances permitted by the applicable contract or law.

Rentarig may take action where required to protect the platform, its users, its vendors or its facilities.

28

REMAINING BALANCES AT CONTRACT EXPIRATION

If a contract ends and the user's remaining eligible balance is below USD $500, the user may request payment of the remaining amount by creating a support ticket.

Rentarig may verify the account and applicable balance before processing the request.

Once approved, the remaining eligible amount will be processed to the wallet requested by the user, subject to applicable deductions, verification and legal requirements.

This provision does not create a guarantee of a particular mining balance or revenue amount.

29

PRIVACY AND USER INFORMATION

User privacy is a priority for Rentarig.

Rentarig does not intentionally sell or publicly disclose user information except where disclosure is permitted or required under applicable law, contractual obligations, security requirements or legitimate operational requirements.

User information may need to be shared with appropriate third-party service providers where necessary to provide the Services.

Examples may include:

  • Payment processors.
  • Hosting providers.
  • Infrastructure providers.
  • Email providers.
  • Security providers.
  • Compliance providers.
  • Identity-verification providers.
  • Legal or regulatory authorities where legally required.

Rentarig implements reasonable measures intended to protect user information against unauthorized access, misuse or disclosure.

Users should review Rentarig's separate Privacy Policy for detailed information regarding collection, storage, processing and disclosure of personal information.

30

ACCOUNT SECURITY

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their Rentarig account.

Users should:

  • Use a strong and unique password.
  • Keep authentication credentials confidential.
  • Protect access to their registered email account.
  • Enable available security features.
  • Avoid sharing account credentials.
  • Immediately notify Rentarig of suspected unauthorized access.

Rentarig will not be responsible for losses resulting from credentials being voluntarily shared or compromised through the user's own negligence, subject to applicable law.

31

REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER FEEDBACK

Users may be able to view service reviews through the review section of the Rentarig application or website.

Reviews may represent individual customer experiences and opinions. Individual reviews should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance, revenue, mining output, availability or service results.

Rentarig may moderate reviews in accordance with its applicable review policies, including removing content that is fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, irrelevant or otherwise violates applicable platform rules.

32

NO GUARANTEE OF MINING PROFIT

Rentarig does not guarantee a particular level of mining revenue, return, profitability or financial outcome unless an applicable written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Mining revenue can change substantially based on circumstances beyond Rentarig's control, including changes in prices, network difficulty, mining output, operating costs and equipment performance.

Users should consider the operational, technological and market risks associated with mining. Past or historical revenue information does not guarantee future results.

33

MARKET AND CURRENCY FLUCTUATIONS

Mining revenue may fluctuate because applicable asset prices and exchange rates can change continuously.

The value displayed in a user's dashboard may therefore change even if the underlying equipment output remains relatively similar.

Product-page revenue figures are periodically updated estimates, while dashboard figures reflect applicable current operating information.

Users acknowledge that differences between estimated product-page revenue and actual dashboard revenue are expected.

34

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Rentarig may depend on third parties for certain elements of the Services.

These may include:

  • Payment processors.
  • Network infrastructure.
  • Mining pools.
  • Wallet infrastructure.
  • Cloud or network providers.
  • Facility infrastructure providers.
  • Email providers.
  • Identity-verification services.

Rentarig cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability or performance of third-party services. Third-party outages, network congestion or other external events may affect the Services.

35

AUTOMATION

Rentarig uses automated systems to facilitate portions of its Services.

Automation may be used for:

  • Revenue calculations.
  • Electricity calculations.
  • Maintenance calculations.
  • Wallet accounting.
  • Withdrawal processing.
  • Email approvals.
  • Miner monitoring.
  • Maintenance status.
  • Account notifications.

Automated processing does not eliminate the possibility of technical errors. Where an error is identified, Rentarig may correct the relevant calculation, transaction or account record.

36

SYSTEM ERRORS AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

Rentarig works to provide a stable and reliable platform.

Nevertheless, software, hardware, networks and third-party services may experience errors.

If an account or dashboard displays an obvious technical error, duplicate credit, incorrect balance or incorrect transaction information, Rentarig reserves the right to investigate and correct the error.

Users must not intentionally exploit a technical error or system vulnerability. Any funds or credits received due to an obvious system error do not automatically become legally or contractually owed to the user.

37

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not use Rentarig for:

  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Money laundering.
  • Unauthorized payment activity.
  • Identity theft.
  • Account abuse.
  • Circumventing KYC requirements.
  • Manipulating mining systems.
  • Exploiting software vulnerabilities.
  • Unauthorized access to systems.
  • Attacking Rentarig infrastructure.
  • Providing false identity information.
  • Using stolen payment methods.
  • Other unlawful activity.

Rentarig may suspend accounts and take other appropriate action when prohibited activity is identified or reasonably suspected.

38

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Rentarig aims to provide continuous access to its platform and facilities but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Services may become temporarily unavailable because of:

  • Scheduled maintenance.
  • Emergency maintenance.
  • Infrastructure upgrades.
  • Power interruptions.
  • Network outages.
  • Hardware failures.
  • Cybersecurity incidents.
  • Third-party service outages.
  • Natural disasters.
  • Government actions.
  • Other events beyond reasonable control.

Where possible, Rentarig will provide relevant information through the dashboard or other available communication channels.

39

FORCE MAJEURE

Rentarig will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include:

  • Natural disasters.
  • War.
  • Civil unrest.
  • Government action.
  • Regulatory changes.
  • Utility failures.
  • Internet outages.
  • Network failures.
  • Cyberattacks.
  • Major infrastructure failures.
  • Telecommunications failures.
  • Third-party service failures.
  • Other extraordinary events.
40

CHANGES TO SERVICES

Rentarig may modify, improve, replace or discontinue portions of the Services.

Changes may be required because of:

  • Technology developments.
  • Security requirements.
  • Regulatory requirements.
  • Vendor availability.
  • Infrastructure changes.
  • Product changes.
  • Operational requirements.

Where a material change affects an existing contractual obligation, Rentarig will handle the change in accordance with the applicable contract and applicable law.

41

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Rentarig may update these Terms periodically.

Updated Terms may be published through the Rentarig website or application.

The Last Updated date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision. That date is 30 September 2026.

Where legally required, Rentarig will provide additional notice of material changes.
