Three places logistics usually goes sideways — and how we expect operators to act when they do.
01CUSTOMS & TAXES
Cross-border shipments may incur duties, VAT, and brokerage. Unless a quote explicitly says DDP, those charges are yours.
We provide commercial invoices and hardware codes for clearance. We do not invent a free-trade lane that does not exist.
02DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Photograph packaging and unit before you tear into the foam when possible. Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with order ID and images.
Insured carriers cover approved claims. RAR coordinates replacement or credit per warranty and shipping terms — not via a DM screenshot.
03FAILED DELIVERY
Wrong address, refused delivery, or expired hold at a depot can bounce the unit. Update the destination before the first scan when you can.
Redeploy fees and return freight may apply when the miss is on the destination side. Open Hardware support with the tracking number immediately.
